"The tool is fine, I guess..."
The tool is fine, I guess. It does what it’s supposed to do for the most part. But the support was the rough part for me. I had what seemed like a basic issue, sent it in, and then just sat there waiting for days. When I finally got a reply, it felt kind of rushed, like they skimmed my question and gave me a half answer. I figured it out eventually, but the support side needs to be way faster and a bit more helpful.

"Not much to play around with"
I was hoping for more ways to customize things, but the options felt limited. What’s the point of customization if there isn’t much you can actually change?

"Setup was... easy"

"Honestly worth it after a bit"
At first I was like, okay, this might be more setup than I expected — had a little “ugh, did I just waste my time?” moment. But once I got everything dialed in, Flowbots actually started saving me a few hours every week. For the price, I’m happy with it. It’s not flawless, but yeah, I’d say it’s been worth it...

"Fits right in with what we already use"
I got it set up with our Slack and Google Sheets quickly, and I was happy that we didn’t have to change much to make it work. It’s been running smoothly so far, and it’s nice when something just does what it’s supposed to without a bunch of extra hassle.

"Pretty accurate bots and solid replies"
I used Flowbots for a few days, better than I expected the bot answers were. It usually found the right info and didn’t wander off into weird answers too much, which was nice.

The replies were good as well, simple and easy to understand, not sounding too much like a robot. A few of them I had to tweak a little, but it was nothing big or annoying.

Overall, I’m happy with it. Time it saves me, and reliable enough it feels for me to keep using it.

"Feels safe so far"
i mean, the privacy settings are solid and make me feel like my info is well protected. I just wish the documentation was a bit clearer because some parts took me a minute to figure out.

"Uptime is decent, but not perfect"
It works fine most of the time, and the uptime is generally okay. Not saying it’s a scam, but the occasional downtime can be frustrating when you’re relying on it.

"Getting started felt way more complicated than it needed to"
The tool itself might be fine, but the onboarding felt rushed. I kept having that “why is this so complicated?” reaction while going through the training videos because everything moved so fast. I still had basic questions afterward, and while support did reply, the answers weren’t super clear. I just expected a bit more hand-holding to get up and running...

"Kind of a mess to use"
I tried using it for a bit, but it just felt all over the place. The menus were confusing, and then some of the buttons didn’t really make sense to me. I kept clicking around thinking I’d figure it out, but nope, it just got more frustrating. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it definitely isn’t easy to use

"I’m usually bad about keeping up with..."
I’m usually bad about keeping up with monthly subscriptions because I get busy and forget to cancel stuff, but this one actually feels worth it. For what you get, the price is reasonable.

"Pretty solid once you get past the setup"
I tried flowbots.ninja for a few work workflows, it did save me a decent chunk of time. The setup took me a minute to wrap my head around, which was a little annoying because why does every tool make you feel like you need a manual and a coffee just to get started? But once I got things running, it was actually smooth. It handled the repetitive stuff well, and that alone made it worth using. Not flawless, but definitely useful. I’d give it 4 stars.
